Get Into Maritime Project

WSD is honoured to work with Prince’s Trust Australia, which is the charity of His Majesty The King, formerly the Prince of Wales.

WSD has been a long time supporter of the Trust’s Australian projects, which help young people into meaningful employment, the environment – including disaster recovery, and defence veterans. In a new project called Get Into Maritime, WSD is excited to work on a project that provides First Nations peoples with training in the maritime industry aboard the historic lighthouse keeper ship, the MV Cape Don. The project is in collaboration with the Sea Heritage Foundation, Tribal Warrior and TAFE NSW for First Nations peoples.
