International Democrat Union (IDU) Collaboration

WSD and the International Democrat Union (IDU) signed a three-year collaboration agreement in 2022 to mutually support and develop the work of WSD and IDU around the world, including in Australia, Canada, USA, Europe and globally. The collaboration provides exciting opportunities for global leaders to come together and deepen dialogue on some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

To mark the partnership with International Democrat Union (IDU), WSD supported the IDU annual forum in Berlin in 2022. The 2022 forum invited former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko as keynote speakers. Their message of strength and determination against Putin’s military atrocities against unarmed Ukrainian civilians inspired all who defend freedom.
